Concord

A macOS app that puts Claude Code, Codex and opencode sessions in one Discord-style window. Projects sit in a rail, each session is a channel, and the transcript renders diffs, shell output, tool calls and permission prompts as readable cards. It drives each agent through its own command line, so existing sign-ins and sessions carry over, and sessions started in a terminal show up as they run.
